These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of services provided by Atlas Couriers ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). By booking, shipping, or using our services, you ("Customer," "you," or "your") agree to be bound by these Terms.
Atlas Couriers provides courier and logistics services including local and international delivery, package consolidation, secure handling, and related services ("Services"). Services are subject to availability, destination regulations, and operational constraints.
You agree to:
Provide accurate and complete shipment information.
Properly package items to withstand normal handling and transit.
Comply with all applicable laws, customs regulations, and export/import requirements.
Ensure that no prohibited or restricted items are shipped without prior written approval.
Atlas Couriers does not ship hazardous materials, flammable or explosive substances, illegal drugs, weapons, ammunition, perishable goods without proper packaging, live animals, counterfeit goods, or items prohibited by local or international law. Restrictions may vary by destination. We reserve the right to refuse, hold, return, or dispose of such items.
Customers are responsible for secure packaging and clear labeling. Atlas Couriers may offer packing assistance upon request but is not responsible for inadequate packaging provided by the customer.
Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed unless expressly agreed in writing. Delays may occur due to weather, customs, traffic, or other factors beyond our control. Proof of delivery may include signature, photo, or electronic confirmation.
All fees must be paid as quoted or agreed. Additional charges may apply for re-delivery, storage, customs duties, taxes, or special handling. Unpaid balances may result in suspension of services.
Customers are responsible for customs documentation, duties, taxes, and compliance. Delays caused by customs authorities are not the responsibility of Atlas Couriers.
Atlas Couriers exercises reasonable care in handling shipments. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, liability is limited to the lesser of the shipment’s declared value or the maximum allowed by applicable law. Insurance options may be available upon request.
Any claims for loss, damage, or delay must be submitted in writing within 7 days of delivery (or expected delivery date). Claims must include supporting documentation.
We reserve the right to refuse, hold, inspect, return, or dispose of shipments that violate these Terms, applicable laws, or pose a safety risk. Associated costs may be charged to the customer.
Cancellations are subject to service status and may incur fees. Return shipments are treated as new shipments and charged accordingly.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Atlas Couriers shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profit or business.
You agree to indemnify and hold Atlas Couriers harmless from any claims, damages, fines, or expenses arising from your breach of these Terms or shipment contents.
Customer information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and used solely to provide and improve our Services.
We are not liable for failure or delay caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, strikes, acts of government, or system outages.
Atlas Couriers may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our Services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Atlas Couriers operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
